This strain has a somewhat murky lineage. One source traces this strain back to a phenotype that was discovered in South Africa and taken back to Amsterdam where its seeds were cross breed to create African Sativa.
Durban Poison’s terpene profile is unlike any other. Sometimes described as being the “Espresso of strains.” This strain is often used in the morning to provide a burst of energy to shake the morning fog and provide creative, focused thought. Highest in Terpinolene, accounting for roughly 52% of this strains profile makeup, giving this strain a deep flowering citrus aroma that reminds you of sprite.
